SHIPPING FAQ:

(1). How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

      All orders take approximately 1-3 business days to ship, unless otherwise noted in your listing.

 

(2). How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

       For domestic (U.S.) orders: expect 1-7 days for your item to be delivered.

       For international orders: allow anywhere between 1-3 weeks for your order to be delivered. This can vary depending on your country's customs.

 

(3). How will my item be shipped?

       Your order will be securely packed and shipped through USPS.

 

(4). Do you provide tracking confirmation?

​      Tracking confirmation is provided with all domestic (U.S.) orders with the exception of all art prints. Tracking is currently not available for international orders.

 

(5). Do you ship internationally?

​       Bambi and Falana ships to all countries.

 

(6). Has my order been shipped yet?

​       You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. If you have not received an email 3 business days after you have placed your order, please contact us.

 

(7). Do you offer expedited shipping?

​       Please contact us if you would like to purchase any shipping upgrades, and we will get back to you ASAP!

 

(8). Do you offer shipping insurance?

​       We currently do not offer any shipping insurance options.

 

(9). What if my item gets lost in mail?

​       Most orders are given a tracking confirmation upon leaving our facility. If your shipment is lost and cannot be tracked or found, then a refund will be issued.

 

(10). I'm an international customer. Will I get charged customs fees when my package gets delivered?

        We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies.

REFUND/EXCHANGES FAQ:

 

(11). What is your refund policy?

​        Due to the unique nature of our items, all sales are final. Therefore, we ask that you very carefully read the descriptions and measurements of the item you are interested in purchasing. In addition, we are here to offer any support or questions you may have about our items before you make a purchase. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. A full refund minus shipping costs will be issued. You are responsible for postage costs to send the item back to our facility. 

 

(12). Can I exchange my item for something else?

​        Sorry, but we currently do not offer exchanges.

ITEM/STORE FAQ:

 

(15). Some of the sizes on your clothes say "ONE SIZE". What does this mean?

        It means that that particular piece is one-of-a-kind and only comes in one size. You will be able to see exact measurements towards the bottom of the listing description. If there is no sizing listed in the product description, please contact us for assistance.

 

(16). What does "one of a kind" exactly mean?

​        Most of the products at Bambi and Falana are either one of a kind, or only have a limited quantity of stock available. When an item is listed as "one of a kind", it means that only one is available in stock in that unique design, and we will not get that exact item back in stock once it is sold.

 

(17). The item I want to purchase is sold out! Do you still have it?

​        If you have any questions regarding stock inventory, please contact us and we will get back to you ASAP. However, please note that once an item is sold out, there is a good chance that we will not be getting it back in stock due to its uniqueness and the limited quantity of items we allow in stock.

 

(18). Why is it that you only sell a limited quantity of most of your items?

        Bambi and Falana holds pride in selling unique and individualistic items. In order to accomplish that, we only acquire a minimum stock order so that your item can remain special in that only very few individuals, if anyone at all, will have your same piece.

 

(19). Is my item hand made?

​        All items at Bambi and Falana are hand made by a small designer team in the USA! We do have a small selection of vintage items, which of course is not hand made by us.
